- Male or Female with a maximum age of 35 years;
- Minimum education of Associate’s Degree (D3) majoring in Economics and Accounting from a reputable university;
- Must have passed the Basic Appraisal Education (PDP 2) and Ethic from the Indonesian Appraisal Professional Society (MAPPI) and having certificate of PDP 2 from MAPPI;
- Having skill in financial statement analysis and Microsoft Office;
- Having good communication skills;
- Able to work individually or in a team;
- Integrity, honest, and trustworthy;
- Well behaved and able to work under deadlines;
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Tangerang;
- Willing to work overtime and survey out of town.
Job description:
- Carry out inspections to clients;
- Conduct industrial research;
- Analyze financial statements and conduct valuation;
- Prepare valuation reports.
